Problems Accessing Products or Support Services

All information in the Support Center is secured based on your current redLantern license. If you have trouble accessing any of the information:

  1. Make sure you login using your redLantern username and password.
  2. Check your profile to make sure your institution has a current license for the specific product.
  3. If you're still having trouble, contact at us support@redlanternu.com.
