TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST #992081 Apply Online Department: Date: Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) Project 03/24/2008 Responsibilities: Develop training/conference materials; Conduct training sessions and workshop/conference presentations; Develop and monitor DARS training web courses; Develop and maintain DARS documentation as needed to aid in the support and training aspects of the program; Formulate recommendation for DARS program enhancements to meet unresolved client requirements; Evaluate proposed and implemented software solutions; Other duties associated with training, documentation and testing related issues. Additional Information: Specific responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of a variety of training materials to aid and enhance client success, as well as preparation of client/user documentation regarding software use. Additional responsibilities in software/product testing and documentation.
